What does each do & whats the recommended setting?

Low Pass Filter, LPF, is used for subwoofer application, it allows only the lower frequency signals to be sent to the amp. . High Pass Filter HPF is the opposite of the LPF, it allows only Higher frequencies to be sent to the amp or speakers. They both can be set to play below LPF, or above HPF certain frequencies.

That make sense??

and full is the full range of frequencies .. low and high .. if the omission wasnt obvious :)
