As always, the spoiler would have survived, but the spoiler was no on, so your car was not totaled, therefore no spoiler = no totaled Neon, good day.
Anyway, sorry to see that happen

pushed the bumper in on impact, the bumper beam was behind the impact area so i guess that part got bent up between the truck and the beam.
i was driving slowed for a car that was making a left and bang, guy behind me was texting or some shit because i didn't hear any tries screeching.
