R/T question

So I was browsing Google and found a website that has an R/T that was sold long time ago but I found a photo of this:

temp+compass?
is that for sale aftermarket or can I get the part number as well.
Also is the R/T muffler direct bolt-on to any 00+ Neon?

muffler is bold on im not sure if it will clear all the different stock bumpers though but the muffler its self mounts to the car

There was a discussion a while back about the rear view mirror with compass and temp. I think it was mainly an option with the sunroof package. It wasn't a very common option for some reason, but we all have a plug for the temp sensor behind the drivers fog light hole.

The problem is that setup has a special wiring harness above the head liner that we don't have, so it would be a bit pricey to do that oem setup. There was talk of using the pt cruiser setup, but not sure what happened with that.

My Neon has that, It came with all the options xD the Temp works but the Compass is broken or some how I'm always Driving in a SW direction. HAha
