Aftermarket Headunit Question

I'm wondering if theirs a head unit out that mimic's DUAL XDVDN8190 or any others as such and has capabilities of an OS being installed onto the touch screen unit.

crutchfield lists that at $600. in that price range you can get a single din navi unit from almost anyone you want to. if you want a specific os installed you will have to build a carputer.

get something other than dual unless its exceptional. i have a dual amp only cause i got it mad cheap.....there is better stuff out there for around the same price..
