My brother in-law is trying to sell this car, so this ia direct quote from his for sale post.
"I am trying to sell a 1999 Honda Civic EX with a 1.6L SOHC VTEC with a automatic transmission.
I have had this car for a long time sitting in my yard waiting for a new engine.
I finally finalized the car this weekend and it is ready to go
The body is pretty nice minus a few dents and dings and the drivers front fender is faded from the rest of the car.
The body had 139K miles on it and the engine has 74K miles on it with a new timing belt and water pump
Just changed the oil and antifreeze and the rear struts and springs were replaced with factory replacements.
The interior is really nice and grey cloth, has a sunroof, moonroof, power windows and doors and a sony cd player
Also have a body kit rear bumper and side skirts that can go with the car already painted for another $100
I am asking $4,800 or best offer. Make an offer or let me know if anyone you know is looking for a car."
