The scale appears to be 1/55. That's an odd size. They were produced in green and orange by Hot Wheels under the HIN line. I can't fin any for sale. I did find this on SRTforums though

As stated above, it's made my HotWheels, and was part of their HIN line. They made the version posted above, a green, and an orange one. Search on EBay and you some times find some.

i've got the green one and the black/orange one from the HIN series. found them at Walmart 3 years ago. Never did find the all orange one though...
