SRT rear view mirror

Post by Xtian » Fri Mar 13, 2009 8:42 pm

So I just got one from a friend because he got an aftermarket one and noticed the little lights on the sides, how do you make those to work? Do you have to connect them to the fuse box or dome light?

Do the lamps have their own switch to turn them on/off?
If not you would prolly wire them to the dome, but you wouldn't be able to light them seperately.

then just wire them into a 12v source, maybe the same as your visors if they have lights.

Per the wiring schematics for the SRT-4 they're fed from fuse 3 (20 amps). You want to use a switched source so you don't accidentally leave them on when you turn off the car.
