How to remove moisture.

I have the black '00 projectors and the seasl seem to have opened up cause I have condenstaion inside the headlight. Not enough where ther's a puddle but enough for it to be on the headlight. I want to take it out and put some sealant around it to fix it but not sure hwo to dry up the moisture inside. Would head do it? Maybe running a blow dryer across it a while will dry it up?
