Hey guys i got a set front and rear speakers of Pioneer REV series. I want to wire them in correctly but wich terminals on the rear of the speakers r positive and negative there is one small connector and one big one.

they should be stamped with a - and a +, one on each terminal. i find it hard to believe pioneer forgot to do that.

checed behind my pioneer speakers and no markings at all. Only one small connection and one Big connection. What do you guys connect the negaitive to on your aftermarket speakers?

i used the terminal marked -
call pioneer in the morning and ask them.

90% of the time the larger terminal is + and smaller is -. I will try to find you the exact colors later on

An easy way to check this is to use a 1.5V AA battery. Tape two wires to each end of the battery. Attach the other ends of the wires to the speaker terminals.
When the speaker cone moves outward, the positive terminal of the battery is connected to the postitive side of the speaker. If it moves inwards, then you have them reversed.

Yea Zerochad I was gonna say that next but figured it would have been easier to go with the size of the terminals
