Hey guys,
I was pretty bored today so I decided to chop some rims onto my car. Since I've never had the stock rims on my car I decided to see what they would look like. Tell me what you think. Which one looks nice?
7 Spoke:
Snowflake:
Silver-Stone:
NEW OPTION ON 4/21/09:
MB Mesh X:

Which ones do you guys think are nice?

the silver-stones (#3). don't forget that although the chop is good,in real life the proportions are different. stock rims are only ok on stock cars, once you drop, it looks much nicer with bigger 16+ rims...
#3 are the nicest rims ever made for the neon.....and they are 16s

Yeah I figured. I'm still trying to decide if a drop is the way to go because Vermont roads suck.
EDIT: Added a poll for easy-pick awesome-ness

Yeah, aka Silverstones
I think the V1 Snowflakes are the worst looking stock wheels, especially the chrome ones. Nasty. Silverstone's FTW, with 7 spokes in second.

silverstones are played and boring

...and i disagree with the comment of stock wheels only being for stock cars. slam the car and the stock wheels look great,i love the oem look with a added flair, its just all in how you pull it off or not.and i mean slam it,neons imo dont look right without at least a two inch drop.a inch and a half is simply not enough

A 2 inch drop in Vermont is a little hard to pull off. Heck, I scrape my bumper coming out of my driveway even without a drop.

Silverstones are played out, huh?. hmmmmm.
I'd say either the Silverstones, or the later wheels that you didn't post. I prefer the look of them, (some people call them the newer snowflakes), over the 7 spokes I have

As a matter of fact, I'm actually looking to trade my current wheels and tires for a good set of 'new snowflakes' for winter wheels. I think they look a lot better than the 7 spokes

I shipped wheels to someone here...... it wasn't bad, it was expensive though bc he lived on the wrong coast. When I had my stones shipped to me it was like $60 I think... I already forget

I have my stock 7 spokes painted black on my 05. They are in the top 5 of my favorite OEM wheels.

So many neons so little time.

Yeah the silverstones are the best looking wheel for the neons imo I had them on my 01 and painted them black with a blue lip.

I personally think the 7 spokes are the worst looking option there is. Only thing worse than the silver ones are the chrome ones!

just curious..
I know the Silverstones are R/T wheels, but what years did the other 2 wheels cover?... I know the base model SE's usually just come with steelies and hubcaps... and my mom's got an 03 SXT with 7 spokes, I think....
what years came with the snowflakes?
2004 SE... doin it one piece at a time
