Spark Plug Tube Seals
I have a 2000 Neon, recently checked my plugs, and found it full of oil. how to i replace my sprk plg tube seals?

remove plug wires
remove coil
remove pcv hose
remove valve cover
pull out old seals
put in new
put back together
remove coil
remove pcv hose
remove valve cover
pull out old seals
put in new
put back together

Grab onto them with a pair of pliers and yank. The seals aren't molded into the cover. They are a serviceable item.

Be vary careful if you use a screwdriver and hammer to tap it loose. I wasn't and put a hole in my valve coverphazeneon wrote:yeah, but how do i pry them off the valve cover. i knoe what it looks like, but it looks like its molded onto the valve cover.
