just installed my mopar bov plate tonight, what a bitch. the bottom left bolt (those of you who have installed one, know which one i'm talking about) is the biggest bitch ever, but other than that, it wasn't bad at all.
this thing is sooo loud, cant wait to scare people on the sidewalk with it, haha.
anyway, we're having a meet with a couple local neons here on sunday, so i will have my end of season pics with my nt-03's posted up shortly, as well as some of the locals rides.
scott.

as promised, a few snaps with the nt-03's before they're taken off for winter.
i know the drop is still off, but no point in slamming it before winter, i would've had to raise the car back up again. these wheels look way better on the car nonetheless.

questions or comments, feel free.
cheers,
scott.

Mark: yeah spring and summer next year will be uber epic, i cant freakin wait. auto-x here i come. already got a set of toyo RA-1's lined up. and the coilovers are going downnnn.
MyNeonSaysHi: right now i just have the mopar cat-back, but with a magnaflow muffler in the mid-pipe. it quiets it down substantially, i don't find it much louder than stock. next season it will be time for a 3" 02 housing and downpipe.
crystal: thanks, i thought they looked better too. just wait til spring when they're tucked!

Car looks reallllyy good Scott!
Does your buddy's neon have Beretta wheels on it?? They look pretty good actually
PM me for your 03+ PCM SKIM/VIN flashing needs. Neon PCMs Plus
thanks.
it still needs to go lower in the spring, but since its pretty much winter, i'm gonna leave it at the same height for now.
also in store for next season is race wheels/tires and moar track time. (auto-x, light time attack). I'm mostly concerned with making this car balanced at this point, and getting some seat time in the car. It should prove to be a pretty fun summer.
tentative plan:
- 17x8 RPF 1's (hopefully used), with 235/40/17 Toyo RA-1's
- Slotted rotors with EBC green pads, or possibly a combo of a couple different compounds F/R
- lots of playing with the coilover settings
- Stage 1
- 3" O2 and turbo back
- intake (installing next week anyway, lol)
- BMFIC?
- solid motor/tranny mounts
full poly kit, stainless brake lines, BC coils, DC rear strut brace and aftermarket sways are already on the car, so its already set up to tear up some auto-x and time attack.
we'll see how far into the bolt ons i get, but the seat time is going to happen regardless.
