The miles are piling up already... miscellaneous questions.

A couple weeks ago I started back to school. That's a 50 mile round-trip 5 days a week. When I bought my car on May 11th, it had 79 miles, and now, exactly 4 months later it has 6981. I'm beginning to get the feeling that I'll run my warranty out based on mileage rather than age. I changed the oil at 1700 and 4500 with Castrol GTX 5w-20. Do y'all think it's safe to make the switch to Mobil1?

There were a couple other things I wanted to ask, but they're escaping me now... I hate making a n00bish post just to ask about oil, but maybe I'll reply again if I think of the other questions I had. Oh... I just rotated the tires the other day and I used an old Daytona wheel I had as a "spare" while I was rotating the tires and I think I've found my choice for winter wheels. What do you think?

Maybe scrounge up 3 more of 'em, sand them down, paint the faces black and polish the lip... I think it'd look good. Like so:

Off topic ... I'll forever be weirded out seeing these without the fogs/DTRs... They're stock on the SXT up here.

And that wheel doesnt look bad, might be a good winter set.

As for the whole I dont really have a suggestion. lol

Get some 10w-30 Mobil One, but remember once you make the switch to synthetic you are stuck with synthetic. Unless you want to clean your engine out with diesel fuel and go back. Those winter wheels look good, I am not gonna put mine on til November.

switch to 5-30 synth...thats all you need on a stock motor...
As for the wheels...nice lebaron wheels...maybe daytona..
