Asking Price : $3,500 (I'm kind of firm on this price. I have lowered it considerably from it's blue book value, because I know times are tough right now and I really need this thing gone, plus I accounted for some of the issues the car has.)
I have for sale a 2002 Dodge Neon R/T. It currently has 68,548 miles on it. I need to get rid of it because I just can't afford to have 2 cars right now. I love this car because it's a great handler and is actually pretty quick on its feet. I'm the second owner of this vehicle, bought it with 42,000 miles on it in summer of '05 in Texas. I have only posted this car on Neon forums (including srtforums because I know there are a lot of original Neon owners that own SRT's) because I want someone who knows Neon's in and out and are, I guess, Neon enthusiasts (if there is such a thing, lol). This car would be a great autocross car, vehicle for a son/daughter, an SRT swap project, etc...I would keep it, but I'm young and single and don't need the extra car note and insurance payment right now.

A short list of mods done to it:
-AEM Cold Air Intake
-Modern Performance 60MM TB
-Fast Fabrications Longtube Header (very rare in the 2gn Neon world, was fabbed just for the R/T models)
-2.5" Exhaust from the Header back
-20% Tint
-Shorty Antenna
-Maddog 58% STS w/ Booger Bushings
-Raccoon Headlights (These came standard on some years, mine didn't have them for some reason, I'll post a picture of what I mean by raccoon headlights.)
-Lowered on SRT springs
Now for some of the problems with the car:
-Has a regular Neon cluster in it that is bad. It's original mileage because it was done by a certified Dodge dealership, but the cluster when driving is a few MPH off for some reason.
-The sunroof has unfortunately decided to stop closing. It'll open just fine, but when you try to retract it, it seems to get stuck. Could be either a track problem or a motor problem, haven't really had time to look at it.
-The trunk/spare tire well has decided to become a swimming pool. I'm not quite sure where the water is getting in at, but everytime it rains real bad, the spare tire well fills up. I always try to get the water out ASAP and have already taken the spare tire out.
-The brakes work fine, however it is definitely time for some new pads/rotors. Not a hard task, or time consuming for that matter, I just don't drive it that often so I haven't had a need to change them.
-I can't tell or not, but I drove it yesterday and could hear them. I think the secondaries motor might be on its way out. Most of the time I hear them open up, but every once in a while it sounds like they are staying closed.
-I had to remove the foglights because someone thought it would be funny to kick one out while I was at work. I believe I have the harness lying around somewhere still.
