I was looking at the new Si and decided I did not want a sporty little zipzap car...

I love it

Well boys and girls it is finally that time. The time to start driving something besides the beloved Neon. I have had the car since I got my permit in 2004 and now sadly it is just time to move on.

So now it is decision making time. Budget around $18000-$20000

Vehicles that I am deciding from:

RSX Type-S
MKV GTI
FG Civic Si Coupe(the new ones)

Now I have driven the; GTI, RSX, and Civic. Honestly the GTI was fun and comfortable, the RSX was a little fun (but no turbo  ) and the Civic was so so.

I have always loved Hondas but when I drove that GTI I fell in love quick. It just felt right when I sat in it.

Im just posting to hear what you guys have to say. Hopefully I'll be finding one by the end of the month.

CANDY WHITE!!!

*** A few fun notes about my Neon...
~it has about 130-135k on the engine
~timing belt or water pump have never been replaced
~i have had no air filter on it for about 40k miles
~I have that damn annoying pass dash block leek thing
~I will have for sale a tein s type and tokico hp blue strut combo for sale

That is all good day [/u]

Well if you're looking for creature comforts and turning heads those are some good choices. Wish the RSX had a little more oomph. Marbles in the valve cover at 6k RPMs doesn't do it for me

Go test drive the Cobalt SS/TC. From what I hear, quick as shit, awesome handling, and they're comfy to drive in.

Well, if the GTI does it for you, go for it.

Though for 20k you could get some pretty sweet cars.

Yeah, if I was going to get a FWD car in that range, MS3 for sure. If not, go test drive a WRX too just for the AWD and living in Jersey. The Hondas are nice. The RSX is very nice for a daily. The Si is nice but I would want the white sedan. The GTi is a VW so that's off my book because of it's not a car I would keep after the warranty was up.

Let's talk turkey on that suspension set up. PM or email me! I have cash

I know where You're coming from. I look forward to getting my lincoln, or a Benz, but more realistically, a Lincoln, MKS.

Didn't see that one coming out of nowhere.

But no CTS-V, no care. Still you got like the most loaded of CTS without going full V fun. They are a great car and can take a beating. What's the color called? WASP white? Seriously, that is whiter than white. Get a plate that says MR MAYO

Not a cheap car, what do you do for a living (or what do your parents do lol)

Nice looking car, I like the angular styling and headlights... but it's a GM. I'd sooner have a Lexus IS series for the same price. Better handling, more reliable. Looks nice. is a *Toyota* which is everything.
Drive it like you stole it, and work on it like you married it.
