i did the search thing and found out that i can use 3M stickty tape to install the r/t skirts. only thing is, i'm not sure where to put the tape...
should it go on the part that would normally tuck into the hookstrip? or on the very top where it meets the car?
i'll still be screwing them in on the bottom.

When I put some Mopar skirts on my '03 I put a thin (~ 1/8" thick) strip of the 3M double-sided tape on the top rail thingy and it wouldn't even touch the car to stick. I doubled it up (about 1/4" thick) and it stuck but started sagging in a few days. Then I finally ran one strip (~ 1/8" thick) across the very upper protion of the skirt and it finally stuck on there for good and made a nice tight seal between the body and skirt. I also ran a strip across the bottom and put the two screws in either end.
