in autox the 22mm is best the 24 alone is just way to be in the rear.

if you are talking about these sizes being front sways I would'nt upgrade the front bar without getting a rear.

Never heard of an adjustable front bar, so he must be talking about the rear. Even just a 22mm rear bar w/ stock front is gonna have some oversteer. The best bar has a lot to do with what suspension and tires you plan to run.

:) 22mm rear is awesome with stock front bar. Ofcourse that setup is only great if its complemented with very sticky tires larger rims and coil-overs. The 22mm rear leaves the car with the ability to unsettle and transfer weight nicely in autox and in rally but, no real effect on straight line stuff.

yeah 24mm front/ 22 rear i think would be optimal with your setup. any more in the rear and u will get over-steer as OB mentioned. I wouldn't recommend adding the amount of oversteer the 24 can give you until after u have done quite a few autox events because in adverse driving conditions the big rear bar has the potential to get you in some deep trouble if you aren't experienced with the setup.

Not usually the concrete tends to be stickier I know its the opposite of what you'd think.

thats weird cuz when topgear did the indoor 0-60 record thing they said they couldn't get traction because of the concrete. Prolly cuz it was a smooth finish tho and prolly the groved/rough concrete thats stickier with tires.

friction coefficents:
Rubber Dry Asphalt 0.9 (0.5 - 0.81)
Rubber Wet Asphalt 0.25 - 0.751)
Rubber Dry Concrete 0.6 - 0.851)
Rubber Wet Concrete 0.45 - 0.751)

hmm looks like the only drastic difference is when concrete is wet it can grip more.

badly prepped concrete is bad, one that has been heated and sprayed with the proper material will make the car stick better than asphalt
Yup it definately needs to go lower. If its not scrapeing constantly why you are driving then its not low enough bro.
It's concrete with one of those clear epoxy resins applied over the top like people use on their garage floors. That surface is only good if it's prepped, then it grabs like a mofo. Our local tracks have the same smooth concrete and traction is never a problem unless you do a ricer launch.
