Emma's trans is weird, it feels really notchy and somehow loose at the same time. Is this just me getting used to the lack of any real shift linkage or should I start looking for a T-56.

I thought a C5 had a transaxle? Wouldnt that render one useless to swap in? I havent a clue though, all Ive ever had is autos cept for the SRT.

Yeah, a C5 or C6 trans isn't gonna work.
You need a trans out of a GTO or F-Body.
Plus, the C5 had an LS6, the C6 got the LS7
