New wheels for me...YAY!

Well, I wasn't going to do this.....I just wanted to pop them on my car, take some pics, and be like "Surprise!". But I can't help myself.

Here's the story. My dad wants my srt wheels for his new work vehicle. A 94 Dodge Caravan C/V. It's white, has 98K, and runs like a peach. And he got it for free. Now he doesn't have to drive his '02 Dakota V8 everday, and the van hauls even more inside. Double bonus. Anyway, back to the wheels. So he's stealing my wheels, and buying me new ones. Therefore, I can't get what I really want, cause they are way too expensive, but I like these, and they will be a nice change. What does everyone else think?

The other option is the same wheels in silver, but I want gunmetal because I will have tinted windows and carbon fiber hood coming sometimes in the future. Here's what silver looks like

i got those wheels in my basement! i had those in gunmetal in 18's way back when i had my acura... they were on continental contisport contact2 225/45-18 tires.... mmmm

*as far as i knew those wheels were no longer in production last i talked to wheelmax*

if you need them in the 4 lug pattern hit me up, theyre for sale

how much for your 4 lug ones? they have tires?

I talked to a wheelmax rep not too long ago...like 3 weeks, and they're still a current model in the 5 lug, 35 offset, 17" flavor. They are on backorder though...I don't know for how long. I'm calling tomorrow to find out. So, yeah, I'll be getting them in 17" size, and hopefully soon, because if they're on backorder it might be a while.

Why does your dad want srt rims for a 94 Caravan!?!?!?

Oh, he's definately doing it. And he wants them cause they look totally sweet. I'll post pics of my car with the new wheels and the van with the srt wheels....and maybe a couple pics with both vehicles in the shot.

Such doubters.....you will all see.....

The concept of aftermarket wheels on a minvan is usually pretty whack, I agree, but since srt wheels are a factory mopar production wheel, they honestly look pretty good on the van.
