Usually when you call 911 it's an emergency right?

The girl's dad is having a seizure, possibly dying and the cop keeps hanging up on her, won't send rescue, and arrests her, on false charges, for saying "Fuck" while the phone is ringing. She can't even get a word in. What an asshole!

Oh wow, the guy at 911 is such a bitch. He needs to learn that when there is a dire emergency, people freak out and things that aren't intended to be said, do get said.

I just can't believe he hung up on her without even asking whats wrong first. It's not like he is her dad or anything.

That cop was a dick. im guessing he was having someshit go on outside of work but u dnt take ur personal life into ur job.

In my opinion they let him off easy. putting someones life in danger like that cuz of your own shit is fuckin stupid

I was thinking too "maybe he was having a bad day", but.. 1) the girl made a good point about how they should be trained to deal with panicking callers, 2) It said he has never had a negative remark in the 20+ years he's been a cop, and 3) it's a fucking 911 call for crying out loud. It's like someone calling suicide hotline saying they're about to go kill themselves and they get a response like "well no fucking shit, what did you think you called for? Help?"

Again... another bad cop to make all the others look bad... others like this one guy I know of who drives a kickass white SRT-4...

Wow...that is quite interesting. That guy should be fired. Abusing a job and putting someone's life in jeopardy is not cool. No offense to the guy that had the seizure but if he would have died...would you think their could be criminal charges on the cop?

Could? Yes. Would? Probably not. Cops are above the law. At least all the ones that seem to get in trouble around here. They get a slap on the wrist for even serious shit.

that guy is an ass... i can understanding asking her not to swear.... but he deff should not have hung up that was jsut wrong... and he called her a bitch... way out of line... i think more than 2 weeks is deserved... 20 years or not... if he acts like that(unreasonably that is) he should not be working the 911 response phones.. he should be behind a desk doing paper work... not on the streets either... cuz i really dislike asshole cops.. not all of them cuz i have been pulled over by some cops who talk to me and give me reasons that they pulled me over that are legitimate.. and i have been pulled over by assholes that give me bs excuses that just piss me off...20 years or not he was an ass and totally rude to her..
