A lot of the Kids in this area like to go on one of the bridges and street race. Well Look what happened yesterday

We tell these kids all the times that street racing is going to get them killed, and its even more dangerous on the Bridges. When will they learn?

How sure are we that this was street racing, and not just a high-speed EZ-Pass (or whatever it's called down there) fuckup? Usually news reports don't hesitate to disclose that racing was involved in shit like this.

Either way, sucks for his family.

Edit: after clicking the myspace, maybe emo kid suicide? Maybe his mom died recently and mothers day took him over the edge?

man i dont know when teens are going to realize that who the hell cares if u are fast in a car i mean it doesnt prove a thing besides the fact that u are more stupid then the person u are racing. i mean these loosers in town try to get me to race them all the time so all i do is look over at them and start to laugh because for one its a stupid ugly looking honda and 2 im young and have my life ahead of me so dont feel like dying or going to jail.

At least you're more mature than the bunch. Most kids probably see your car and think "oh it's a neon and it's got all this shit put on it, it must be fast!" and try to race. I get the same shit because of my pillar gauges. But it's whatever.

exactly true on the kids see my car and think its fast. thats what people always assume but at least i dont try to intimidate anyone when i drive and think im the shit when rollin down the street.i just drive as if i had a stock looking car.

Ya. Same here. I remember I was rollin down one of our streets downtown and this old school Mustang pulls up next to me. My car's lowered, has the lip kit, he sees my gauges and shit and points down the road 'cause he wanted to run me. I just laughed, as he bolted down the street. lol. oh well.

but i rev up the car gear up like i want to race ligh turns green i take off nice and easy and watch them race alone burning extra fuel. and looking like tards infront off all the people behind us.
its quite funny.

lol. well one time for me, i was doing 55 the other dude was too, it was night time, he was in a cobalt ss or something idk cobalts.but he wanted to race so i act like i am by shifting my auto into the 3rd gear since i can.and he bolts down the road meanwhile i actually slow down to 50 cause it sounded like i was going to take off the way it sounds on my exhaust by shifting like that.

I used to live in cape coral and it was crazy around the bridges or any long expanse with no traffic lights. and they try to pin street racing on any accident involving a "sport compact" and a teen. about 2 years ago a kid hit a school bus in I think it was a stock Hyundai and they pinned it on street racing than went on to say some kids spend over $200,000 on souping up their cars! so yeah a little fanatical reporting going on there!
