Control Arm bushings how-to??

anyone know if there is a how-to for replacing the Control Arm bushings. (front) 01 neon

I have searched but have found nothing unfortunately.

edit: I recommend replacing the ball joints while you have it off, its a pretty cheap and easy job, and will save you some work and an alignment down the road.

good luck, make sure you spray all the bolts down with PB blaster , or something similar, ahead of time.
