Mopar/SPC control arms
http://tinyurl.com/spcarms
per their site:
This control arm makes it possible to adjust rear camber and toe on all production models of Dodge and Plymouth Neons, including the SRT 4. This arm may be used on vehicles that have been lowered for performance and appearance as well as vehicles that have retained their stock ride height. When two arms are used on each side you can change both camber and toe ±3.0 degree. If you use just one arm on each side only ±1.5 degree toe change is available.

lolllzzzzzzz
Nope, it's the same car. There's no reason they won't fit a Neon. Diablo0 has MannyZ bars on his R/T. Options are DCR, MannyZ, Mopar Performance, and SPC as far as I know. They'll all fit SRT/Neon and are adjustable

Let me clarify a little:
Mopar Performance/SPC bars = basically the exact same and both utilize rubber/urethane bushings
DCR/MannyZ = very similar in style, both use metal ball type bushings instead which aren't directly greasable and are more suited for performance oriented applications.
As far as the cars, yes, they are the same car so it's pretty much all interchangeable parts

in turn meaning a harder install?

Nope, not at all. Just a slightly different design.

Yep....I bought them for toe adjustment and have one on each side (in the rear) for that reason. What I was saying in a more technical manner...lol thanks sidepipe.

OB: Read Mopar's instructions on their performance arms. The rear two adjust toe and the front two adjust camber. That's not something I made up but the information that comes with the arms when you get them from the dealership. And these arms don't look like they adjust the way mine do. I couldn't even install mine on the car without it being on the rack ready to adjust.
The instructions posted seem to show that OB was correct, that all 4 arms are required to adjust camber. There is no way to be able to properly adjust camber by only moving the front or back of the wheel in or out. It's required to move the bottom of it evenly, requiring two arms per side.
Definitely some cool pieces. I may need a set for my ACR cause I think mine may be bent. Will they fit 1GN models as well?

Yea, I totally agree. I just don't see how having one per side is gonna do anything aside from toe adjustments. If it is possible I guess I need to see some sort of visual to understand...

I should have specified more clearly I suppose. Regardless I'm not arguing over what the instructions say I didn't purchase them for camber adjustment. If I still had the instructions I would take a picture of them and post it up here for you to see what I mean. Unfortuantely I installed them almost two years ago and do not.
Again I understand your logic I'm only relaying what I read.
And if the SPC arms work for 95-05 then the DCR ones should too.
Here are the arms installed on my car:
