so i have an instigator wing (rear glass) that i bought a couple of years ago. the plan was to install it on my previous neon, but i never got around to it.

this is what it looks like

should i jump on the bandwagon and go with a roof rack?

this one came off of a saturn wagon. as you can see in the pics, i need to bend the rails a little more so it matches the roof arc.

I think the wing looks kinda cool, but then I step outside and see my Neon from the rear, and how clean the roof runs into the rear window... and I say nope

The roof rack thing... kinda makes it look Euro. Some people might like that, but like (apparently) most people on here, I'm more for the clean roof look. If I wanted a eurocar I'd have bought an 80's 320i.

This would be my choice between the two. That roof rack is hideous though, I'd go get one with a better design (aka not from a Saturn).

Personally, I would like a recessed rear window, like the late 60's Charger. IDK why, I just think it would look cool. But God knows finding a window that would work/be affordable, would be near impossible.

Jason - what he posted was some busted Saturn roof rack... not a several hundred dollar Thule rack littered in mad euro, y0 stickers

occasional - they make something like that for the new Charger. It's not a window replacement, but it's 'pillars' that go on the D pillar to make it look recessed like a '68-'70 Charger.
