As long as the spline is the same size, I don't see why it wouldn't be functional. The only concern would be the plastic "shell" around that part of the column. The part where the 2 blinker/headlight and wiper stalks protrude from...not sure if the 2gn would be the right shape/size for the PT wheel.
That is a sharp looking wheel
