your best way to avoid tolls at the Harbor or Ft McHenry Tunnels is to take I-695 around the city. Could dart through the city, but I could see that being a royal pain.
Also, there is only 1 toll-less way to get around the $5 toll in Perryville and that is through Rt-1. However, that is much much longer. You can get off at Havre de Grace and take the bridge across by way of Rt-40 and can buy an annual sticker for $10.
If you have any other questions about getting around tolls, I can get you around the one at the DE line as well, but that takes longer to explain. Shoot me an email or PM.

If it's been this long, there are 3 main outcomes.
1. The car is found stripped to the frame.
2. The car is never found because a crooked junk yard stripped it bare and crushed it.
3. It's sitting in someones yard under a tarp waiting to be parted out.
It sucks, but that's how it goes when you have a flashy car. You attract the attention of neon lovers, but you also attract the attention neon stealers. It's the same dilemma with almost any car.
This is why I removed my body kit and wheels. Make it look cheap and thieves won't look twice.

Still no word yet, no one has found it and im still currently fighting with the police county records to get a copy of the freaking police report. Not to mention a week after my car was stolen i was down in OC and got into it with a guy and a parking spot and he slashed my tires while i was in the club. I swear i just have never ending bad luck. I hope i can still make it to carisle if my money looks right.

Probably shouldn't listen to anything your penis says, that guy's a dick.
Too much time spent here is a sign of a bad case of Ownaneonvirus.Patience, of course, is a very powerful weapon, but sometimes I start to regret that it is not a firearm.
