My maternal grandparents had a Ford Falcon of that vintage (almost a twin to this lady's Comet, same color) but it got sold before I got my license. Hope that her car gets donated to a museum when she is finished with it- would hate to see it hot rodded...

That's really awesome. She did an amazing job of keeping that car in good condition. There is an eldery woman aroudn my area that has an older Ford Falcon, I think she is the original owner too, but it's in really bad shape, the interior is really messed up, and the exterior paint is in really sad shape. Not nearly as good condition as this lady's car.

They don't build them like they used to. That's a pretty cool story, especially how she thinks she should have to take a driving test at 85 when she renewed her licence.
