The hood may be the issue here. Otherwise you could have the rings/brackets that connect to the strut towers themselves on "backwards" or opposite sides??????

You may have to move them to the cowl is everything is installed correctly.

I would just get an extra set to mount in the cowl, or put some cheap ones in the hood to fill the holes. IIRC, there is a How To for the cowl squirters..

My strut bar rests right up against the hood weather stripping. Make sure you have yours on right.

Could you not notch out the strut bar to fit the washer nozzle into it so it would clear and not hit?

What type of strut bar? I have an older Vibrant bar and it sits right up against the nozzles, but not enough to push them out.

I don't think looks would be an issue.

go with the nozzles that mount on the wipers, than just shave the ones off the hood for the extra clean look.
or you could be lazy like me and throw in some hood tilt and let your washers clean the windows of the car behind you

IIrC the full size vans have the wiper mounted squirters if you want to go that route.
You will need the connector that goes at the wiper arm base also. The biggest problem we had with the van at work, was the tube from the cowl mounted connector to the arm would pop off fairly often. It ws a '94 tho. My brother's '99 didn't seem to have that issue. (FWIW)

If it is an aftermarket hood that may be the issue. I have the SRT design hood on my SXT and installed a Vibrant strut tower bar up front and it had clearance for the wiper nozzles. I had more of a problem getting the brackets to fit than anything else.

I would say go with the wiper idea or just take them out completely depending on where you live. Living in the south right now I hardly ever use my washer nozzles.

If memory serves couldnt you just trim off a bit of the tube that the hose slides on to make it shorter buy a bit? may work.
You could also try twisting the bar so it sits a bit lower.
