Exhaust Bolt question

Post by Cbussilver01es » Wed Jun 24, 2009 5:19 pm

What is the bolt size for the turbofold to bolt to the DOHC head, I really don't feel like spending over $100 for some ARP bolts from modern any suggestions would be welcome.

Thnx in advance

According to what I can make out from the parts catalog, originally there are 10 fasteners that hold the turbo exhaust manifold to the head. 7 of them are bolts with a hex head and a flange similar to these, and the other 3 are studs with flanged locking nuts like these.

OEM Chrysler p.n's.

Bolt: 06503131 and their dimensions are M8x1.25x30.

Stud: 06507829AA. I can't find a length but it must be similar to the bolt length.

Nut: 06504152, they are M8x1.25.

You could try getting this stuff from a nut and bolt house, or you could try a Chrysler dealer, but I'm sure the dealer wouldn't be cheap or in stock.
