NEW JOB

Wed. I will no longer be an employee at the Vitamin shoppe making 8.00 an hour. (took me three years)

I will be An Optician at Wyomissing Optometric center starting out at 11.00 and then after three m onths going to 13.50

nice. I gotta get out of my 8.00 job. After my girl gets out of college i'll be going back for automotive technology. Something I should have done in the first trip around.

its gonnan be sexy after 6 months i can get Licensed and then ill shoot upwards near 20 an hour im very happy F those single digit jobs

aww its ok ..........um most optician jobs anyone can do they pull people of the "Street" basically. My mom works there as a receptionist in 1 year ill make almost what she does in 8 lol

Yeah gonna make modding easier also gonna make me broke just as quick

"Dcouble-Digit" jobs require one of the following:

-you have some measure of skill and experience to offer

-you are working in a somewhat hazardous occupation

Young folks don't have the experience to offer so you need to go for the skill or hazardous occupation. Even then expect to start at the bottom of the pay scale.

...and I will tell you that attitude is very important. You can have skills out the ying yang but if your attitude sucks you will be toast in no time.
