My first thoughts:

Rear main seal

Axle seal

Loose trans to engine bolts

There aren't many other places to leak from besides the fill or drain plug, unless you cracked the trans housing. The end plate can also leak as well, but that is very rare.

Have you ever opened it? They love to leak between the bell housing and trans case if you don't take extra care to seal it well.

well its swapped so its been opened, i hope its just loose bolts to the housing. god that would suck if it were anything other than an axle seal.

Sheesh, you've had this tranny for how long now and already you are having problems with it? Having a little too much fun with the MTX, Colton?

If the case halves have been apart, and it's leaking at the mating point, I doubt you will get it to seal by tightening the bolts. Un fortunately there is no good news if that is the problem. It is pull the MTX, and re seal the halves. :(

May as well install dif pin tabs if not done already. Then you will get a bit more piece of mind for the trouble.

Also double check the washer for the drain plug. Mine seeped a bit after I did mine. It finally sealed on it's own. Thankfully. It is $30 for a nylon washer. :chair:

Patience, of course, is a very powerful weapon, but sometimes I start to regret that it is not a firearm.
Too much time spent here is a sign of a bad case of Ownaneonvirus.

you can also check the input shaft seal. I had one leak on my tranny. granted you'll have to take the tranny off to see it though

I'm in the process of finding time to drop mine and check the input shaft seal too.
