Rt swap

hey guys quick question in order to do a 1gn RT swap into our cars what is needed. i dont mean putting the head onto my block i mean the entire Engine......what would i need to make it work into my car?

I didnt seem to see anything on it maybe im dumb

In theory it's a very simple swap for a 2000. **I've never done one**

Since you have a 2000 you just have to change out the motor mounts. The 1gn IAC should be compatable with the stock computer so you can use the 1gn intake manifold and throttle body. And the stock 1gn cat can be used to bolt up to the stock 2gn exhaust (though you may need a reducer). You may also have to swap a few sensors (or sensors connectors).

so my tranny should work???

could i use my exhaust or would i need to swap over to that one?

the only reason i mainly ask is after seeing project log on turboing his neon i dont think ill be able to master all that wiring and work lol

my one friend had a 98 rt and all it had were 24lb injectors indy intake 4 to 1 header full exhaust iceman intake and atx throttle body and he was running low 15s high 14s so i figured if i had the same setup maybe threw in a cam and some headwork and pistons id be good to go
