well first of all these are some pics of work in progress and current date pics of my car, i bought the car used off of a local dealer, and started modding it very soon after. i am currently waiting for the car to finish getting painted, the trunk lid and front bumper are in primer and hoping to see them in paint by the end of this week.

the neon has some good power, with alot of upgrades, all this car EXCLUDING, the body work has been done by me. from the modifing the roll cage, to installing the sterio system, to tuning the car....

what it has,

port and polish head
indy intake manifold
boomba fuel rail
cartcech rrfpr
mopar 6hp cam
three angle valve job
indy racing valves
titinum valve springs
internal wastegate
turbonetics stage two t3t4 turbo
sniper wet shot nitrous kit (not spraying as of yet)
centerforce duel friction clutch
2.5 inch duel exhaust with highflow cat, and full bore muffler
as of right now the bottom end is stock... soon to change in the upcoming winter

custom four point roll cage
custom four bucket seats (stock)
two infinity ten in subs
infinity 400 watt amp

autometer gauges, boost, air-fuel, nitrous, fuel pressure
vdo 2 1/16 tach

hotchis sway bars front and rear

primax 618 17 inch
shaved front bumper side markers
custom honda lip on front
custom headlight swap, with new headlights in 02 bumper
molded in cabon by design spolier
side moldings removed
antenna shaved
third braked light shaved
trunk lock shaved
custom hood scoop with suby scoop to keep the turbo alittle cooler
shorty eyelids (no pics with them on yet)

it ran a 13.89 two years ago that was with no new intake, and alittle smaller turbo

looks awesome! My only suggestion would be go back to stock tail lights. Those altezzas don't do that car justice.

Very interesting. Motor and exterior, are you really on the stock bellows tube still?

Please lose the altezzas like they said. Car would be much cleaner without. I like the STi style hood.

How much PSI are you running?

thanks guys, i am currently running 8 psi. it is running ok, still have alittle bit of tuning left to do till i am ready to take it to the track again! i honestly was thinking about going back to stock tails, but i was not sure, i may have to now... LOL keep up the replys and thanks for the props, the car finially came out this year, it has been a 2.5 year build, and not driving it sucked. but it is getting there!!

Car is looking really nice. Love everything about it. If you don't want to get stock tails, you could always tint your current ones black.

ok, carlisle puts on lots of different shows threw out the season, and i am not sure if i will make it down there or not, it would be nice to make it.... about 5 hours away from me...

car looks good i would suggest gettin some skirts to match the front bumper. and get some eyelids i think it would look 10x aggressive. cant wait to see it painted and id like to see more pics of the rear seats. how did u do that. ushould post more pics

Yeah, sorry for not clarifying. I guess I thought it was implied. I meant the Mopars at Carlisle or whatever it's called.

BTW, is that a maroon Dodge Spirit with Gold trim peeking in the 2nd pic? I used to have one

oh yeah!! the spirit is my daily driver!!!

the car does have eyelids, shortys accually, and it deffently makes the car just look mad

as for the side skirts i am looking for rt sideskirts and possibly a rear lip from a 03+ and do some modding to fit my rear bumper. i really would love a set of rts, but i can never find them for sale!!!!! so if any of u know where to get some let me know, also looking into a rear disk brake setup off an srt.

also i am planning on getting alot of good pics of the car when it is all painted, hoping for the fourth of july carshow in my local town. thanks agian for the props and keep them coming, i will post better pics of the back seat area as well when i get teh car all cleaned up for the show! as u can see in the pics the car was very dirty when i took the pics.

damn, that one is way better shape than mine... i refur to mine as "the winter beater" lol, good car non the less.....

alright, so i have done some digging and i am looking at some local junk yards tomorrow on my day off, i am going to try to find me 03+ tails, and new bumper, along with a mopar lip kit (just the rear) followed up by the rt sideskirts to match..... i am going to do one small thing to the lip kit, but i am going to keep that a secret for now......

i am also thinking about night shading the stock tails?? do u guys think that would take away from the look? just wondering, i am going to be getting them very very soon, when i can locate them at some local junk yards...
