As long as they both are 2.0 heads, yes. The main difference is the pistons.

The bolt pattern, gasket etc are the same. The head/intake manifolds/some exhaust manifolds, are about the only things that are swappable with out affecting something.
The pistons can be swapped, but IDK if much else can. I want to say the rods, but they do have different PN's between NGC and earlier.
