right after nearly blowing my engine up yesterday at the track am looking at rebulding it when the show/ racing has finished in are winter.
i have had many talks before about puttin a srt4 engine in but its a no go because of the steering.
so i ws thinking can you put in a mitsubishi eclipse engine????
i have more chance of finding one over here then a hot neon engine.
also if any one dose have a hot neon engine for sale ready for a turbo OR with a turbo please let me know.
looking for a engine

^^^ that's what i was thinking but also wondered who in their right mind would specifically be looking for a stolen engine, and ask for a stolen engine on a public forum. maybe it's just me but i wouldn't want any stolen parts on or in my car.

If you can find an SRT-4 engine, transmission, wiring, ECU, etc. you could swap it no problem.
Who told you the swap would not work because of your steering??? If you want the front brake swap you'll need the srt-4 steering rack.
Also, the mitsubishi eclipse 420A DOHC engine is the same engine as the DOHC 2.0 neon but it is mounted under the "bonnet" differently.
