arp bolt torque

anybody happen to know the torque number for the 7/16 arp 2000 rod bolts that come with eagle rods?

Is it a 7/16 bolt or a 7/16 bolt head? Or both?

If it's a 7/16 bolt with a 7/16 head tq is: 75 ft*lbf

Or a 3/8 bolt with a 7/16 head tq is: 43 ft*lbf

yeah it was 7/16 head 3/8 bolt. i found what i needed on the other org.
