ok so when my car runs before it gets hot there is a decent belt squeel gets faster when i rev the engine. also gets a little more noticeable when i turn AC on. Havent had this problem until UDP was put on. Could the belt be slipping? or is something else cause it

Most likely your under drive pulley isn't on all the way.

Had the same problem. The belt kept squeaking and the belt rubbed.. The rubbing cut the belt down to half the width and ended up snapping as i was going around a turn.. Of course with my luck it was the power steering belt....

Look first at the belt. They don't last forever.

I had a pretty good belt squeal when first turning the car on when cold. Replaced the belts with some Goodyear Gatorbacks, and have not heard one thing since. Check them belts.

tighten the alternator belt. I know you'd think it'd be the ac belt since it's when your using that, but the extra electrical load makes the alternator belt squeal. easy fix just adjust the alternator bracket until there is 1/4" slack up and down on the belt.. problem solved.

well with the hood open doersnt sound likes its coming from the back of the motor where alternator is sounds like its coming from the powersteering or that pulley right below it next to the harmonic pulley what ever that one in there belt on Powersteering looks fine

The alternator belt can still be slipping at the UDP.

Just pull off the a/c--p/s belt and see if it still squeals, that should narrow it down for you.

The alternator belt won't slip anywhere if its tightened properly. (1/4" slack when you push or pull the belt.)

However it sounds like the a/c or possibly the tensioner pulley could be making the noise.
