Started cleaning the thick paint off the 1gn valve cover I bought.
Has anyone polished a vc? I would imagine not because it would be a huge pain in the ass to get all the little areas.

What'd you use to get all the tight areas?

I'm not going to leave mine polished because it wouldn't look right, but I want to get it all bare metal so I can prime and paint it.

Okay, I just bought one so I'm gonna be giving it a try probably thursday. Thanks Mat.

Dad primed my skirts last night. Looks like he took two of them to work to paint today.

<3 my Dad.

Just ordered a Maddog 58% reduction, 1 in shorter shifter.

Hope to have it here and in by Carlisle.

Got my sts here today. Looks amazing. Hope to install it tonight.

Other notes, my side skirts, and front lip are painted. Skirts will go on this weekend. Front Lip idk, it's going to be a bitch. The other one is two sided taped and screwed. My front bumper will not be getting fixed before carlisle, but I hope to atleast get the lip on.

Back bumper is off, I started sanding it yesterday, will finish tonight or sunday.
It will get painted. In order to fit the tip in the cutout of my rear lip, I have the bend the piping towards the drivers side of the car. Thanks ebay exhaust.

Valve cover won't be done by Carlisle. Takes too much time, and I have other more important stuff to do.

I have a motor sitting here that would be badass for it if only it didn't have duals. Oh well.

It doesn't have duals anymore.

It has one Titan 775 from a Summit.

Ah. Then you may like the motor I have here. It's a custom built, custom wound monster that was originally destined for my buggy. But then I lost interest and it's sat in my drawer for quite some time now.

Probably too big. This motor barely fit. Had to dremel the top of the transmission down, and the mount out.
