Got some ideas for new taillight mods, so ordering some stuff now. Then I'm going to pull the tails off the car and put a set of untouched stock ones on. So I can work with these.

Yep. Going to try to figure out some ways that aren't like yours. Although the reverse light is more than likely going to have to be. Don't really have another choice with it.

Yup. Had to grind half the end away to get the ball back on. Then repainted/cleared it so it wouldn't chip this time.

I could have went lower, but I listen to a radio station in the morning and the reception wasn't the greatest to begin with so I didn't want to go too low. Less then half as tall now. Aerodynamic FTW.

I cut mine down... either down to 18", or I cut 18" off, I don't recall. Still get great reception except for AM stations which I don't really listen to anyways.

Why OEM paint is not always the best.

Factory red painted skirts, scuffed up and dad painted them orange.

What just the regular old hose did to the flaking off paint.

The side dad painted. It stuck to the red.

Factory stuff, didn't stick to the skirt.

They are off and getting sanded/redone for carlisle.

Lol it was already all pealed off on spots. I just used to the house to make the prepping easier.

Yep. Gonna have to get some promoter and get this other paint to stick.
