Is it easy to use, not very messy? And whats it cost.
I'm not going to seal them up yet. Going to wait till I get the money for CCF's to change the halos. I'll seal it up affter that.

The adjustment on them things suck ass. Gotta take them out the car everytime to adjust them.
Scratched the bumper up around them taking them on and off so many times.
As of right now it looks like the low beams kinda sucks. Cutoff don't look bad. It's the little step-up thing. My buddy's gti has a retarded cutoff line that like flies up in the air.

I put a diode in so the high's stay on with lows. Diode is going from the high beam wire on my stock harness, to the low beam wire on my relay harness.
But idk why the fogs are staying on too.

Yea I just realized that. The high beam is sending power to the lows, and the MFS. I'm going to put another diode in to keep it from going to mfs.
I don't think the fogs will be a problem, since they are pulling their power from the relay, but don't want to chance burning this mfs.

Well, I just messed with it and all I have to do is push the switch for the fogs in and they shut off. But theres only one problem with that. I have the fogs and low beams switched. So when first turn my lights on only fogs are on, then I pull out and it turns my lows on.
But what I'm guessing it's doing is killing power to the lows, which kills the fogs. Then the power I have going from the highs, is going to the lows keeping them on.
I think I'll just put a diode in there so I don't have to push the switch in everytime I turn my highs on.

Thanks. Working on getting some ccfl's from srtforums to change the headlight halos. Headlights need sealed up too. Plus I think I'm getting some RDX projectors so I want to see if anyone is making a bracket for them to retrofit. Don't know if they are the same as mdx or not. Want to do it all at once though.

Yea just ordered timing belt and tensioner. If it gets here by weekend it's getting put on Sunday and then we can see if the valves are bent. If they are I'll buy a used head and start the port and polishing lol.LilSparkPlug wrote:Ouch so it needs a good amount of work to get it running again? Will you have it running in time for winter? It doesn't look bad from that shot though....
No it's really not bad, I like it lol.

Buddy has one with no cams for 40 bucks. Junkyards around here only want like 50 if you can find one. Just have to get it checked out and line bored to make sure everything is good.
Hopefully the most I'll have in it with head and timing belt stuff is like 300.
