no, srt's are abused quite often. if you dont believe that, then you are in for a surprise if you ever buy one.

I found that out early on when I started shopping back in '05. I was fortunate to find a new one, thank God. Be sure to find out why the advertised vehicle is on the second engine. :shock: Don't get carried away with the excitement of possibly being able to buy an SRT- take your time and find one in good condition.

Wow 94k, second motor and transmission. Safe to say it's had a rough life. There's no such thing as a stage 2 intake, stage 2 injectors would NEVER supply enough fuel to a 60 trim, neither would the computer.

Car = beat.

good point as well. Or if the motor truly only has 40k I could swap it into mine and part the rest out :biggthumpup:

Not sure you'd want that motor if he's been running those injectors (which are 687 but flow far less than FIC 625s) with that turbo. That much of a lean condition means it's a ticking time bomb.

Karma probably saved you. Next week you'll be driving down the road and you'll see it smoking on the shoulder. No worries. :thumbup:

HAHA wouldn't be the first time, for my first car I looked at a grand am and decided against it, someone else bought it and it was brought into a friends shop because the transmission went out!
