Back to the 2gn Family.. updated with pics 8/28

I guess you can never get away from your roots.. Yesterday I picked up a 2001 Black R/t and the thing is in awesome condition for what it is.. Stock clutch and grabs perfectly fine the guy took care of this thing it has 124k miles and he was the original owner.. the underbody is perfect not one spot of rust at all.
I will have pics up tomorrow or sometime soon..
Wanted to say hi to all the people i know from b4 and those who dont know me Im sure we'll talk eventually.

And I'll update you on what i been up to.

When I left i bought a 2000 Mustang Gt. well I had alot of bonding time with the car I guess you can say..

Then the rebuild began..

The car after the build put down 330 Rwhp with the auto = to about 375 with manual.

But I actually can say I almost enjoy driving the r/t as much as the mustang.. always had a thing for neons =p

The R/t has been mine for less then a day and it has a system, im gonna be doing a complete detail on it probly either a 3 or 2 stage at work, getting my old headlights from the other neon and hids.. Its gonna need a hood so why not upgrade..

haha other then that im gonna end up making it nice like the last one probly =p

Sorry for not posting up pics right away.. been really busy this week with the neon and work Had to detail 10 different vettes and drive them down to carlisle.. even though the driving a 2010 vette to carlisle and gettin paid for it is very fun haha.
But anyway heres the pictures.. off my phone =x my friend has the pics the day we bought it and lets say the paint was pretttty beatt lol tons of surface scratches and felt like sandpaper but i did a lil buffing and well alot more then a lil buffing but here they are.

I extracted the interior and putting new seats in it tomorrow. I also need a tie rod end and besides blowing both serpentine belts off at once everything is good with it =]
