I'm looking to buy a 2000+ neon with the SRT-4 swap with lower miles (less than 45k) complete.. turnkey

I have 7gs in hand read to roll when the right car comes along.

I'm located in Michigan and I'm willing to go from the Midwest all the way to the East coast for this car.

i want a closer to stock car, but that's the right idea.. very clean swap.

the closer to stock it is, the cheaper it will be..
