how much boost can stock sxt internals hold?

Well, there's a guy on the other org up to 20.5psi on the weaker 1gn bottom end. Runs 115mph 1/4s. But his creeps to that, and his tune is intentionally weak. With a small turbo, I would keep the boost down. With a bigger one, I would make a little more.
ASP - First NGC SOHC in the 13s and the 12s. First SOHC neon over 500whp. First NGC Neon on MS.

It really depends on how well it is tuned. I was dialed in at 10-12 when I ran the SRT turbo on my 2.0L. 7-9 would be pretty safe on a decent tune, yes.DoubtedNeon wrote:lets say srt4 turbo size for example?

Just need to keep that torque below 250, otherwise your bottom end will start to hate life.

I just got my ms, once i build it im planning on getting it professionally tuned to 200 whp max. should be safe on a dd ide say till i get the internals built.
so i guess to the OP ide go for the safest tune possible. unless its a drag car and u dont really care about breaking anything and ur rebuilding it monthly/weekly anyways.
