Washed up and ready for stuff...

Tomorrow I gotta install all the bay parts, take the tires to get mounted onto the Works, swap the wheels over, clean the interior. Wax, check all fluids. If I have time I might put in my extended studs/spacers/control arms and adjust the coilovers, but I don't think I'll have THAT much time. Probably gonna leave around 5 or so tomorrow.

See you guys then!

I think that picture motivated me to take my back seat out soon. Are you going to rivet some fabric down to cover the paint?

Yes, eventually! Or, just cover it in emoticons. Ahahah.

Thanks Smiley, appreciate it.

Ryan, they still fit fine. :) Even with saran wrap between the nut and socket. :D

Been working on the car all day, it's soo fucking hot outside. But the car is looking very sexyyyyyyy.

^Will look into it.

So the car made it home from Carlisle, some odd 550 miles on her over the weekend. Performed flawlessly aside from the vacuum leak from my wastegate line touching the manifold, but, easy fix.

What's not an easy fix is getting my front bumper repainted. Hit a truck tire about 30 minutes from home out of the 3 hour drive, and destroyed the bumper. It actually marked the shit out of the front driver wheel, which I was furious about, but that managed to come off with some compound and the wheel looks good as new. The front bumper is definitely going to have to be redone though. Right in front of the intercooler the paint was torn off, and driver side right under the side marker looks like a bear clawed at the damn thing, and it spider cracked all the way up to the top. The lip is fine though hah.

There was no way I could avoid it, either. The back wheel of the car in front of me clipped it and sent it right dead center in the lane for me, I swerved as much as I could, hence all the damage on the driver side. Thankfully it didn't damage anything under the hood.

Balls.

Glad nothing serious happened, i.e. swerving off the road. Sucks about the bumper, but it [always] could've been worse.

Can't wait to see some more of your Carlisle photos.

True that Josh.. sucks about your predicament, I was telling everyone left this morning about it when we were checking out.

And Ryan, that's a good idea, but why would I need a second bumper?
