So i take it that yours is an ATX... did they change the trans filter? If so, they may not have tightened it all the way.
Just go back and tell them that they fucked up and need to fix it. There should be nothing wrong with the trans. I picked up my old 3 spd from a collision center once and drove it home (7miles away) with almost no trans fluid in it and all i did is dump some back into it and it drove like a champ.

I don't place too much trust in the guys at Mr. Lube.
Now, having said that I will also say I go there for my oil changes... but supply my own filter and specify the oil I want.
I ONLY let them change the oil... no tire pressure check, no newspaper, no coolant check, no air filter check... JUST change the oil.
When I exit... I always stop somewhere nearby and check things over. Fortunately, they have never screwed up an oil change for me.
One time I went there and they had the rad cap off before I could tell them to not check the coolant... and of course with a hot engine the fluid spilled and I was smelling coolant around the car for 2 weeks. I hate this... because then I cannot tell if there is a coolant leak or not for a coupla weeks AND I've lost some fluid.
I used to do all my fluid changes... but then I got old and lazy.
