Current Rainy Weather

Post by bombtrack07 » Mon Sep 21, 2009 6:07 pm

I live in Catoosa county, NW Georgia. As many of you know, it has been raining like a BITCH thru the whole southeast. My house is bordered by a creek just a few hundred feet to the back thru some woods. I also live atop a hill (literally just some grass on a rock shelf lol.) I don't have much to worry about but this is the highest I have EVER seen the water around here. It has flooded out the road/bridge by the gristmill and is to the bottom of the other bridge on the main highway by the Synthetic plant (both places just seconds from my pad.) There are several policemen out there right now assessing the situation by Synthetic. Sorry, only have a cellphone.

This shot is at the back corner of the garage.

These are from a hill in the neighbor's/landlord's field.

How is the weather at everyone else's pad? If you got pics of the water, post 'em up!

We have been dry for over 2 weeks now and are finally getting a little needed rain. My brown grass is muddy now but at least it's going to turn green sometime before winter

We had an extremely wet summer. Delayed my shed big time.
