Well, I've had this CF hood laying around for months now, and I don't want to leave it on because I have no striker for it. So I decided to put it on for a few minutes to see how it'd look on the car with its current look just for fun.

What do you guys think?

If there was a way to be sure it'd stay down, I'd leave it.

Your car makes me wanna ditch all the SRT stuff on my car and go back to basic neon parts....

Eh. I liked the regular hood better. The hood pins are in a strange area which throws off the look completely.

Thanks for the input guys. I don't like the hood pins either, I was just curious how it'd look on the car. I do like the stock hood better though. :D

I don't mind the look. I think it looks good. But that driver side eyelid needs to get refitted, that's the only thing throwing me off lol.

Hood ruins the eyelids and the pins don't look right with the rest of your car. I like the stock hood better. Car looks great! Now get her shining!

Thanks for the input guys! There isn't one vendor out there for CF 00-02 eyelids, so that can never be done! But if I remove the pins, there will be two large holes in the hood. Maybe they're better painted black or somehting ;)

Chris, you just like it because you're a CF whore. :P jk

Well, now the CF hood is off, and stock hood is back on. I just wish I had a striker. :( (Hopefully will be getting an SRT hood soon, if a friend decides to come down to New Orleans)

Yes you can, sir. There are other ppl interested so hurry your ass up lol.

z3roneon: you have a PM

josie: That's a pretty good idea. I'd never think of that. Too bad I'm not planning to keep this hood though.
