I ordered my '00 brand new, waited an extra week to get it, so it would have an MTX.

I had a 95, MTX
I had a 96, MTX

Had a couple of parts cars, MTX.

Actually, Ive never owned an ATX neon.

I was hell-bent on a manual, so it took me a while to find my Neon. I only found two in the area that were 5-speed. My 03 and an 02, both silver, similar options. I actually sacrificed having a sunroof so I could stay with the manual!

As far as my Daytona... once upon a time, that car was a 3-speed automatic...

my 02 SE model is MTX. My criteria for a car when I bought the neon were: 4cyl, mtx, under 40k miles.

I like ATX, in a truck or rear drive 4x4. Manual in any other suv. I guess If I was to step up to a 6cyl sedan, I will be stuck with an ATX

Not a lot of 6 cyl made anymore with manual. People are getting lazy!

ya they are....

but i have an atx...but the second it dies im gettting a 5 speed swap..but there is not one single manual in the jy here and it pisses me off..

my moms 350 is a 6 speed=] and i cry everytime after i drive it and get back into the neon... just sit and play with the shifter cuz it does nothing..
