im not surprised, it was built in '44, it's ALMOST as old as you Gramps! as for the rain comment, that's on the shitty side of the state (west side) over on the east side, we get sunshine more than rain (except the winter, and today :lol: )

as for house "mods" couple things in the bathroom, turn the ghost wall into an eating bar and open up the wall above the stove. and completely redo the garage.
